Questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Sign in with Google from the extension or this site and Pro is unlocked for 7 days. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account moves to Free. Everything you made is still on your computer, and the free tools keep working. Pro features show a short upgrade note when you reach for them.
If I upgrade during the trial, do I lose the rest of it?
No. Your first charge is on the day your trial would have ended.
How do I cancel?
Open your account and choose Manage billing. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for, with no further charges.
Do you see my screenshots?
No. Captures are processed in your browser and never sent to us. We store your Google email and your plan, nothing else from the extension.
Do you offer refunds?
If Pro isn't working for you, contact support within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. If you need several seats under one bill, tell us how many and we'll set it up.
